Hello to anyone looking for a home, Ilse is a great realtor with high integrity and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy one. The market in Denver is tight right now (and has been for the last few years) and when a nice one hits the market it’s usually gone immediately. It took me a long to get into the home that I thought I’d never find but she was patient with me and I got into a wonderful home.

She stays on top of everything and sends you emails every morning and even in the evening when a home hits the market late she will call you and say check your email if you don’t mind being called after work. Also, If you do not like being called after a certain time (again, with the market so tight I would recommend it or she can text you too) just check your email several times a day, She is also a very honest woman and she’ll also work with you in different ways where many realtors will not go the extra mile as she does for every client. Another nice thing about dealing with her is that she has one of the best HOME INSPECTORS in the state too. Again, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the metro area or nearby.
